Today was the last day of our teddy bear week. In the morning, we played a probability math game called, Pick a Bear. Students were in pairs and had a cup with two bears in it, one red and one blue. They took turns closing their eyes and pulling a bear out of the cup. Then, they colored in the square on the game board. Afterward, we discussed which colors they got the most of and the least of. We also discussed if they noticed any patterns. In the afternoon, we had our teddy bear picnic. We brought our teddy bears outside with us. We had teddy grahams, gummy bears, and fruit kabobs. Thank you to everyone who donated snacks for the picnic. We had a wonderful time!
