Graphing Sweet Tarts!

We had a really sweet math lesson today. Each student was given a bag of Sweet Tart hearts. Then, they sorted their Sweet Tarts onto hearts we had colored earlier. Afterward, they counted and graphed the hearts. We discussed which color they had the most of on their graph (or "won" as they put it). We also discussed which color had the least. When we were finished, we enjoyed the sweet treat.
