Today, we learned about symmetry in math. I gave each student a piece of paper. I squirted paint on one side of the paper. Then, they folded the paper and pushed down really hard. When they opened the paper, they got a surprise. Their painting had the same design on each side! They shared their paintings with the class. We loved seeing the different results. We also made paper hearts using folded paper.
