Math + Stickers = Fun!

In math, I gave each student a blank, number board that was numbered 0 to 10.  I also gave the students a sheet of smiley face stickers.  The students put the correct number of stickers on each row.  They noticed immediately that each row was longer by one sticker.  Also, they noticed the stickers were making a staircase.  The students did a wonderful job counting, and they are becoming very inquisitive.  It was a fun, math project!
