Math with Fruit Loops!

In math, we glued Fruit Loops to winter pictures. First, the students colored the pictures. Then, they glued Fruit Loops to all of the circles on the pictures. The Fruit Loops made buttons for the coat and snowmen. Also, the Fruit Loops made decorations for the mittens, snowflakes, and scarf. Lastly, the students counted and wrote the number of Fruit Loops glued to each picture. For example, they counted how many Fruit Loops they glued to the snowflakes. Of course, we had to eat the rest of the Fruit Loops for a snack after we finished our place mats. The place mats are proudly displayed in the hallway. Today, we also learned a new song/game called, "Who Stole the Cookies from the Cookie Jar."
