Valentine Art

Today, we made some beautiful, mosaic hearts for our Valentine's Day bulletin board. The students cut out pink hearts. Then, they were given colorful strips of tissue paper. They cut the tissue paper into small pieces and glued it to their heart. When they were finished, we put them by the window to dry. Later in the afternoon, I squeezed glitter glue onto their hearts. They used a paintbrush and painted the glitter glue onto the heart. Now, we have a beautiful bulletin board to enjoy until Valentine's Day.
